Michael brings over 10 years of marketing experience to the table—combined with a lifetime spent around property development.
After helping his parents renovate and rent homes, he developed a deep understanding of tenant needs, property standards, and what drives consistent rental income.
Today, he uses that blend of insight and strategic thinking to help landlords unlock reliable, hassle-free returns—with none of the typical management stress.
Paul Jones
Paul’s background spans hospitality, education, and wellness—industries built on trust, communication, and great customer experience.
His interest in property took off after running a successful Airbnb with his partner, overseeing renovations, hosting guests, and selling the property for profit.
Now, Paul applies his hands-on experience and service-driven mindset to ensure every landlord and guest receives seamless, respectful, and responsive support—while keeping income stress-free and predictable.
Together, we founded Jones & Quinn to offer a straightforward, stress-free alternative to traditional lettings. We’re not just in it for the yield—we care about the people we work with and the properties we manage.
